DeskSpace offers free shipping to worldwide for our members for a single order over USD120.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do ship internationally and offer international shipping to over countries.

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?

We currently ship from our warehouse in Hong Kong to over 30 countries. Usually your order will be delivered within 5-14 business days after it leaves our warehouse, however in some cases it may take up to 21 days.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES?

Items are dispatched from Hong Kong, local import tax and any other taxes are not included in the selling price. You must cover the cost of any tax, customs, duties and fees issues by your local authority.

We must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower custom fees.

TRACKING CODES AND TRACING A PACKAGE

The majority of carriers we use will supply a personal tracking number for each package. When we have these, we will send your tracking code to you automatically.

Please always include a telephone number when placing an order, as it allows the couriers to contact you if they’re having trouble delivering.
