Shipping
DeskSpace is proud to offer free shipping to the United States for our members.
We do ship internationally and offer free international shipping to over countries.
We currently ship from our warehouse in Hong Kong to over 30 countries.Â
Usually your order will be delivered within 5-14 business days after it leaves our warehouse, however in some cases it may take up to 21 days.
Items are dispatched from Hong Kong, local import tax and any other taxes are not included in the selling price. You must cover the cost of any tax, customs, duties and fees issues by your local authority.
We must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower custom fees.
The majority of carriers we use will supply a personal tracking number for each package. When we have these, we will send your tracking code to you automatically.
Please always include a telephone number when placing an order, as it allows the couriers to contact you if they’re having trouble delivering.
Return
If you bought your product via our website, deskspace.store, you can return the product for a full refund within the first 7 days of receiving the item as long as the packaging has not been opened. Email us and let us know why you’d like to return the product, we’ll then send you returns information.
Please don’t return a product without getting in touch beforehand because we won’t know who has sent us the package. When returning something to us, it’s best to use our shipping service provider’s postage box to prevent any further damage in the post that we are not responsible for. We’ll issue a full refund to you as soon as we receive the product.
You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing the order using the cancellation link in your order confirmation email.
If you want to cancel an order after the 30-minute window, you may email us at contact@deskx.co however we cannot guarantee your order has already been processed by our 3rd party logistics providers, this includes then automatically generating the paid shipping labels.
Group sale orders cannot be canceled once the sale has ended.
For items that are damaged, defective or wrong item shipped, please send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 7 day period, we may not be able to honor your claim. We will provide you with free return or refund. Priority shipping service fee is not refundable.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived damaged, defective or wrong item shipped. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Under no circumstance does DeskX Limited reimburse for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping costs for orders outside of US are always the responsibility of the customer.
